- A pre-branded standard booth of 9 sq. Exhibitors will be required to send us their branding artwork by the 21st of September 2017.
- One skirted table, two chairs, literature rack, two sockets, lighting and a bin.
- Two complimentary registration badges, which provide entrance to all conference-related activities, will be provided for each booth space.
- An exhibitor list is included on our website, offering an excellent opportunity for companies to establish visibility
- Exhibitors will receive a welcome message which will be promoted on our digital communication platforms. (Exhibitors will be required to send a descriptor of the business to accompany this message.)
- Exhibitors will receive a half page advert in the Event Catalogue
- A preliminary list of preregistered attendees will be provided to exhibiting organizations in early October 2017. A complete list of all registrants will be available to exhibitors in late November 2017.
- Assistance with goods clearance – strictly for goods intended for the exhibition.
- Airport pick up on arrival
- Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided between the event venue and select official hotels used for housing event attendees.
- Three month on‐the‐ground follow‐up with prospective business partners/distributors met at the conference.
